I started Quiet Move because the hardest part of buying abroad is not the purchase. It is knowing what you are actually buying.
When I moved to Portugal I had the same questions our clients have now. Which market fits the goal. How to verify what you are told. What the asset will cost to own in five years, not on the day of the deed.
Investment decisions of this size are long-term by nature. They deserve a long-term adviser — someone who is still there when the first tenant leaves, when tax rules change, when the plan needs adjusting.
